菜の花

菜の花の中でも
特に、白菜の菜の花が好きなので
それを知ってる母が
畑の菜の花を送ってくれました。

白菜の菜の花は甘くてとろんとしてて美味しい。

菜の花のパスタ。




3月にはふきのとうが送られて来たので
天ぷらとパスタにしましたが
春の味ってほんと大好き、美味しいね。

そろそろタケノコも食べれるのかな。


ははは。食いしん坊。
